The B-route is missing. What a strange and awkwardly forced feeling comparison. The "2nd Run" mode only changes the intro, but otherwise follows the same story path as A-route. From my short time with the console versions I'd say Resi performs better too.
For more information, go here. Also, I'm not too keen on replaying a slightly different version of Nier (for the 8th time).
And the dude in the western version was fuckin'. I think Automata’s commercial success means real good things for the Drakengard franchise going forward (maybe make a version of Nier that I like...). This is fantastic news.
According to this new information, Replicant is “much more than a remaster” and features gameplay designed to accommodate players whose first experience with the series was Nier: Automata.
That's what change means. Nier has some of my least favorite gameplay for a platinum game but the music is equal and the story is better just because Remake is such a small slice while also muddying things up a bit at the end. I, "FF7R has a more fleshed out and timeless story with less hurdles to see the full picture". Since RE2 Remake relies you knowing the origininal game to surprise you, I'm going with Nier:Automata. THANK GOD you don't need fully upgrade every weapon to unlock true ending, you just need collect all the weapons.
Both games are highly acclaimed and are action RPGs, I feel it would be good to compare them.
I am a huge FF fan. Nier's audio/visual experience is a whole other beast entirely.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars!

Two trailers from Square Enix tease Nier Replicant ver. Gonna give this one to FF7R. The jaw-dropping reveal for Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War multiplayer mode has finally arrived last night.

ResetEra's Game of the Decade Vote is now OPEN. As a result, the Nier franchise diversified, although in a pretty confusing way.
I couldn't even get through 5 hours of FF7R before I was bored of it. It has also been confirmed that staff members from PlatinumGames have been consulting on Replicant. Random but sure.
Nier is my favorite game this generation so I am going to go with that. This is far too close for my liking, c'mon Resi!!!
I read something that Taro would to do it "if the demand was high enough" (classic business answer), and that he's been meaning to make a game that combines the themes from Replicant and Gestalt, kinda like a Pokémon Emerald (basically an updated and better version of Ruby and Sapphire). I most recently posted about this here. The... Online poker rooms, lotteries, bingo, sportsbooks, and casinos have enabled punters to make bets anytime and anywhere, and they can do it without going... Finding a job is a tedious task. I’d really like this, Automata was the first of this series I played and want to play Nier a ton. It feels more complete and while the B route stuff is annoying it never felt like it was trying to waste your time as hard as most of everything you do in FFVII remake, which is hilarious to consider really. Keep in mind that much of the stuff planned for Nier didn't make it (Grimoire Nier is evidence of this), and he was surprised that players were still so moved by it.
