Facebook login. theres some things on carosell ive also been looking for but cant buy bc im in the US :(, I had this same problem, however i found my way around it, i do not remember exactly, but i signed up as a Canadian account and my phone number still worked because the Canadian phone number also has +1 then go into your settings and put your payment method in(also im not sure why but some cards will not work with it but others will) then change your location to where ever the item you are buying is located(carousell only lets you buy things within your country) then you should be able to talk to the seller and normally i would ask then if they would be able to ship to the US, i normally offer to pay for shipping as well, and most sellers will tell you they never have before but they can try, they will also ask for your state and address which is fine and when you pay for it, as long as you have your card info saved then it should be fine(also im not sure if you have to put your card information before or after you change your location but i think its before), depending on what the seller put it as it might be a little hard to pay if you are paying with shipping as well, if the seller put the item as make an offer then thats easy as you can just make the offer as the item cost plus the shipping, however if they made it as buy now, then you would have to tell them to change it and if they cant to just relist it as make offer or else you wouldnt be able to pay the shipping(of course this only applies if you do end up paying for shipping which you most likely will), that should be it, you could also try to ask them to give you a tracking number so you know whats happening to it, also do be patient with the package as it can take weeks to months to get to where you live especially because of covid(for me it took nearly two months), anyways i hope this helps anyone who needs it, edit:i also just realized this is two months old so i hope you figured it out by now but it can be helpful to anyone so yeah.
