* WHERE...Cascade mountains and valleys of Whatcom and Skagit
Counties, including the Mount Baker Ski Area, Stevens Pass and Snoqualmie
Pass.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on winter driving conditions on the passes.
