I also had a problem with the maintenance staff that just show up to your Apt without any warning or even a knock at the door. Help us understand by telling us why you're reporting this review. The apartments are cheap and really close to downtown and east Nashville. We appreciate you as a resident and hope to have you with us for many years to come. I never accused the office staff of going through packages, but when I asked them to please be more watchful (showing them the box, envelope, and mentioning the missing package) they shrugged, said it has happened before, and blamed it on the delivery service. I told her , she inform me of the info i needed assuring that everything that i mention they are always on top of it. It has gone out and left me heatless and hot water-less, something I realize yet again when I am getting ready. Don't let the price fool you, look at other Apt Complexes, specifically ones not owned by BH management.
Also be sure to know what comes with your apartment and what doesn't along with extra fees. As I have said, I have dealt with horrible neighbors at other complexes and never write reviews, but, I have been in the customer service industry for 15 years and would have been fired immediately if I did half of the stuff this complex has done. We had no issues receiving mail and packages. Because this post has been shared anonymously, we invite you to contact your property manager to discuss the situation. Neighbors are friendly. They did a terrible job painting and "renovating." Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. Contact our Leasing Office for details. Monthly charges for services you'd be fine without but you have to pay for. After moving in, several packages had gone missing. We apologize if your experience was not up to your standards. It is a one bedroom. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.
Please know that we are happy to address any of our residents' concerns when brought to our attention and invite you to come in so we can discuss any needs you may have and take care of them. I feel safe living here. That hasn't helped on a weekend when I need hot water.
