Please feel free to contact me directly at the park.Kind regards,Katie CrowleyGuest Relations ManagerPrimrose Valley Holiday Park, Me and my 7 year old daughter have just spent 4 nights here On our arrival we made our way to reception at 2 pm wasn't supposed to check in until 4 but a very friendly lady said we could get keys now and start to enjoy our holiday Caravan was only a standard but very spacious and clean I agree it is a bit expensive for 4 nights but with so much to do its worth it Swimming pool in main complex is brilliant daughter loved it .best time to go is 2pm it's a lot quieter than 930am Fun fair a bit expensive and dated but again fun with great staff boating lake was relaxing Parks in good condition could do with a few more though Beach was only a 10 minute walk away from caravan nice and clean and not to busy ..just wish some dog owners would pick up after there dogs Shop on site reasonably priced and well stocked Arcade great in small doses All in all great holiday ..great caravan park and excellent staff, Thank you for leaving a review about your recent stay.We are very pleased to hear that you and your daughter had a lovely time with us and made full use of the facilities. The lounge has a large corner sofa, Gas fire, TV cabinet, TV with built freeview and DVD player. PS2 with controller, buzzers, microphones and small selection of games. Primrose Field 3 Bed 6 Berth Pet Friendly Double Glazed and Fully Heated. Most nights we didn't return until 7pm so they'd probably been at it a while before then. Thanks Jo The Park is still open and you can still enjoy your booked holiday, however as stated in the email Haven have had to reduce some of the acilities and close venues to incorporate the government's guidelines. These children were aged from 4-12! I will be contacting guests which this affects with an offer of a full refund or to change dates.
Primrose Valley Holiday Park is one of our biggest - and every last inch is brimming with family fun. Full name and address of lead person is required at the time of booking. £6-£7-50 per load which I think is steep!!? Massive arcade (very hot) two bars the live lounge and the show bar always lots on. Catering on site seems ok, haven't used all of them but there is something to suit everyone's taste and they all seem busy so they must be doing something right?! Reception was exceptionally clean, staff very attentive, very good checkin and information provided was above and beyond, as it was established thatwe hadn't visited the area before. Please rest assured that you will not lose your money/holiday. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon. Seperate WC with sink. The Coronavirus continues to affect the lives of every one of us.
