Stop selling unsuspecting customers unsupported products via your so called Australian business, it is misleading and unethical. I have ordered many times over the years and have had no problems with ordering, communication or delivery of orders.
In stock - ships today. Had bit of an issue with Mighty Ape - well really their courier DHL I think ... charging for a service and not delivering. $99.00. Add to Wish List. Id be wary of DHL couriers - in what they promise and deliver - after the event, but Mighty Ape stepped up and looked after things. Thanks MIghty Ape. I was actually meant to combine its purchase with another product so that I can avail of AfterPay. Purchased three monitors from them only to have one fail out of the box. As a VERY fragile item it should have been packaged in more than one very thin cardboard sleeve; especially when it is being shipped overseas. Login to your Mighty Network directly as a Host or a member.
Customer service were wonderful and prompt to help me every step of the way... One of the most stupid logic i’v ever heard , After 6 weeks of my order they notice that theres something wrong with address :) ! To add insult to injury, by the time they are ready to deliver the helmet, my account was already below the price of the product which means that there will be another delay because I have to deposit money to my account again in order for them to charge my account. Excellent service, very speedy delivery , product arrived in good order and very well packaged. It took them an entire week to achieve absolutely nothing other than waste time. Three weeks since they were returned I have no monitors. The packaging is decent and the products are high quality. It was no surprise the product arrived warped and bent in such careless packaging! This type of thing can happen but when I tried to enquire in warranty I was informed they weren’t Australian stock! After many emails and threats of further action only did they agree to refund them. In stock - ships Monday. Although, my first order gave me some complimentary Mighty Ape chocolate. I like that orders in stock can be shipped whilst the rest of the order is sent when stock arrives. Dig around and you will find similar stories from other buyers. As Described, Shipping was prompt at X’Mas. There was no bubble wrap, no foam, not even extra cardboard for safety. Add to Wish List. If something if fault or damaged it will be because of shipping (NZ has had issues with out couriers dumping, throwing and stomping on packages) or a manufacture error which mightyape helps to resolve asap.
