Most negative was my unpleasant exchange with the lodging Manager SCOTT whose option offer was to cancel my stay as i questioned the missing breakfast offer that i read on the website, also very unapologetic when i spoke to him there, sad that it was the staff that had a more positive and helpful attitude than the manager. Located in the Finger Lakes, Belhurst Castle is a castle hotel with two restaurants, a winery, and a spa. It's our staff that are the lifeblood of Belhurst. The red was a dry with a hint of sweetness, which was so flavorful. After we finished our meals, we were very stuffed, they brought out these amazing chocolate covered strawberries!
