If an event is cancelled, the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park will stay open unless the weather is hazardous and some balloons may even inflate but not take off. To get home, you catch the bus right outside the launch field and then just tell the driver which row to stop and they’ll drop you right by your RV.
