I was inputting a Driver License but it would not take the number so asked Alex for help, all sorted quickly as chose another Document, Alex was really helpful while I was stuk up with my application, very polite and gentle, fully recomended, i had a general enquiry. I thought I had missed a step when completing a DBS, Jessica talked me through it and I had in fact done all I needed to do.

Needed to contact U-check twice over the past week. i had to fill my dbs form to permit me…to return to work on monday 24th august, 2020.

Fantastic service from uCheck and fantatsic support from Arran. Please don't fill out this field. I used uCheck to obtain a DBS check for an employee, then because of CAA updated, I realised that I needed to have more staff checked.

I have had two employees go through an enhanced DBS and the turn around within 24 hours which was amazing! I spoke with Jessica via online chat - super efficient and helpful! Thank you to Jim Flower for your quick and most professional assistance whilst I was completing online documentation today.

I was assisted by Elizabeth, in order to track the status of my DBS check. i was put through to Liz on the help line and she was an excellent advisor and very quick to answer my problems putting my mind at rest. Provided a lot of help where needed and responded promptly to my specific queries with clear concise answers. I was making initial enquiries and used Live Chat.
