I had my share of good and bad professors, and I presume you would find them at any school. The way some of my friends describe finding internships at their schools almost makes the think they have an employment agency. You will meet people at all of them. I wouldn't worry about that through- it gives you time to explore all of your options, and you can always find more technical opportunities in clubs and research. You will be able to network through all of them. There are very few schools that everyone agrees on in the real world.

At least there is the large ND network, which is literally everywhere in the world, and you could probably network by simply reaching out to your local ND club of _______. Freshman CS is more or less non-existent at the University. For example, the research lab I'm in has about 7 grad students and 5 undergrads, so I've been able to build strong relationships with the other students and leading professor, and even obtained a co-authorship on a paper in my first semester. This was enough for me. new venture competition and hackathons. You really can't go wrong with any of those choices though, best of luck! That's a helpful perspective.

I actually went to Berkeley for my B.S, and the majority of my classmates went on to pursue graduate degrees. I'm waitlisted at GT but will choose notre dame over it. I will also minor in Innovation and entrepreneurship from Mendoza. There are very few schools that everyone agrees on in the real world. Thanks!

I think a schools's name matters more when facing the job market than when facing an admissions officer. Was it easy to form strong relationships with professors and get involved in research at Berkeley?
