I am no hearing person but can follow the instruction, the problem is I have to stop each setting to get what it has to go through. We are going to working on blur layer. I beleive one of my club with would like for me to do something with the cover page. And type “Essentials Course” over “PHOTOSHOP”, use, and  type “The course for Adobe Photoshop professionals” under “Photoshop”, use. I would say PNG or JPG. (For a silhouette, select the object and then fill the selected space with black/color of your choice).

I want to make it blur, so go to Filter > Gaussian Blur… It will show you a pop up then put the number around 5-8 and click OK. 5.
