Игра с юмором. Drawn To Death is an arena shooter that takes place inside the notebook of a very creative teenage kid. Drawn to Death, David Jaffe's return, is a free-to-play game with the worse things of the genre and without the best (it isn't free!). The best thing Drawn to Death has going for it is the aesthetic, which thoroughly lives up to its promise of vast, wild worlds crafted from the classroom notebook scribblings of a teenage delinquent. What's this? You can head into the options menu to turn off the horrendous narrator voice that interjects several times per match with bizarre non-sequiturs that seem to channel creator David Jaffe’s own stream-of-consciousness rants about the video game industry. Justin Clark Violence, Blood and Gore, Sexual Themes, Nudity, Strong Language, Crude Humor, Use of Tobacco. Part of the reason for this is our unique gameplay. While there's some interesting stage design--with intricate papercraft temples, wastelands, and militarized neighborhoods--you're still tromping through them with movement mechanics that feel like you're on roller skates when on foot and like swimming in the ocean while jumping. Drawn To Death will be an arena shooter like you’ve never played before. This would be grating if the game were actually a fun shooter, but it’s nigh intolerable considering the two-decade-old Duke Nukem 3D also feels better to play. A host of bugs and network problems certainly don’t help. The art style was unique, it had over the top characters with tons of personality, the gameplay was decent enough... And I was able to play. © 2020 CBS Interactive Inc. All rights reserved.

In some matches opponents will wind up somehow floating out in the single-ruled lines of nothingness above the map, able to gleefully snipe you with no chance of reprisal. In a game that clearly wants you to spend more time floating and double-jumping through the air than on the ground, requiring you to take your thumb off the aiming stick to jump is unforgivable. The game's sniper rifle is its most effective weapon, and already, early in the game's lifespan, players have figured this out, rendering matches into lethargic Enemy at the Gates-style showdowns, instead of what should feel closer to a profane Ratchet & Clank. Even though there's a decent collection of weaponry to be used, including two special abilities for each character, you might as well be shooting paperclips at enemies for all the damage they deal. There's a much different, more interesting game lingering within Drawn To Death, a stylish character study of the type of person who spends his nights posting dank animal-abuse memes on Reddit and breathing too hard into the mic before calling someone a “cuck” for playing Hanzo in Overwatch. And while it'd be nice to talk about this game without getting into the politics of microtransactions, it's hard to get into these kinds of games without the topic surfacing as a major point of discussion. Компактные, но насыщенные арены, самое то вчетвером погонять без толкучки! Alan, a seemingly pedophiliac teddy bear with a chainsaw, automatically regenerates health, turns invisible at will, and has powerful special attacks.
