Cross-Cultural Solutions is an organization that offers volunteer, internship, and gap-year trips to nine communities in South America, Central America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She is a dynamic presenter and in-demand speaker. The rest is history. The program also allows plenty of free time to sightsee in Lima and even organizes group trips to sites outside the city. It was an amazing experience with excellent staff and plenty to do at the site. The volunteer work is productive and truly life changing, however if your main objective is just to travel or volunteer this program is not for you. Overall volunteering with CCS was trip that I will always remember.

We were welcomed in town with open arms and greeted happily on a daily basis. One of which was a woman who had actually been present at the time of the founding of the district, in the 1970s and witnessed the struggle of the land grab by the peasants.
