I've already obtained enough scrolls to max out certain character scrolls to Lv.9, But so far I can't seem to obtain more of the following Lv.1 Character Scrolls: Sexy Scroll, Sakura Blizzard Scroll, Roaring Crow Scroll, 8 Trigrams Air Palm Scroll, Fire Ball Scroll(Sasuke) and a few others.
Do you have to use a move a certain number of times to get another scroll for that Character? if u dont have lvl 1 naruto sexy scroll use naruto in chapter 8 and break boxes to get it after 3 scrolls quit mission and do it again and again. You could lose your justu (trust me it's hard to get them back), If u want more scrolls u can go to scenario mode and go to lvl 8 first 3 chest u find there will be scrolls so when u get them abandon mision and go again in that same lvl and so on that is how i did get 5 sasuke fire scrols and all of sasuke's skills x5 plus i got neji's and narutos jutsu's i hope this helps u bro.
