When the light does go on, and your child lets you know, act VERY cheerful, and welcome your child into your bed to cuddle. At this point, you probably know what’s causing the early waking….but how are you supposed to fix it? we suspect he's woken by the planes - they start around that time.
i let her play a little in her crib and then i go get her and we start our morning!
We have tried lots of tactics to get him to sleep longer. This should help with the timing of bedtime and naps, and will hopefully help with that early feed and her not going back to sleep for long!

I agree with deanna,and If your taking a census of sorts about the crying it out method,I'm against it. The times she has slept just an hour longer has made a remarkable difference.
